These terms govern use of the FLCondos platform and document portal. By using the service you agree to the conditions below.
Acceptable Use
Upload only documents you are authorized to share. Do not upload sensitive personal information unless it has been approved and properly redacted.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading, you grant your association and authorized members the right to access and view those documents within the portal.
Storage & Retention
Documents are stored securely. Administrators may remove documents that violate policy or are no longer needed for association operations.
